Keating Technologies’ new merchandising division offers full suite of retail merchandising support services

Markham, ON – Keating Technologies Inc. today announced the launch of a new division that will provide a full suite of nation-wide merchandising services to manufacturers. This new division will operate as Merchandising Works™, under the leadership of newly appointed director of merchandising, Scott Butterworth.

“Keating has always offered a wide range of marketing services, so this new division is evolutionary, not revolutionary for us,” states Larry J. Keating, president and chief executive officer of Keating Technologies Inc. “We are very fortunate to be starting this new venture off with Scott Butterworth at the helm. Scott’s many years of merchandising management experience ensures success for our valued clients and our company.”

The services offered include sales force support, sales merchandising, sales demonstrations, special event marketing and mystery shopping. In addition, while Keating traditionally has specialized in the high technology and consumer electronics markets, this new venture will take the company into virtually any industry where consumers buy products.

“Keating’s Total Market Management® approach has proven invaluable in the technology industry, ” states Butterworth, “and it is an ideal time to extend our marketing expertise into other industries through merchandising.”
